The customer service team is responsive on WhatsApp and really helpful—they’ll provide you with options and guide you based on your specific needs. I visited the garage after work on a Friday around 5 PM. It was quite busy, and the whole process—replacing four tyres, wheel balancing, and alignment—took about two hours. Honestly, I didn’t mind. I wasn’t expecting an F1-style pit stop, and I prefer they take their time to do the job right. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait during peak hours. They also have an air-conditioned waiting area at the reception, which makes the wait more comfortable.

Went there with the recommendation from my garage for tires alignment. Very happy with the service. Though my car wasn't an easy task, guys managed the issues very well. They even performed test drive to make sure the quality. (special thanks to Rafi). Also, I was surprised in a good way with the price for the service and tires there. Overall, considering I came there on Saturday, the garage was not very crowded. I was waiting a maximum 10 mins before they started servicing my car. Thanks again for the great job guys!
