I replaced all 4 tyres here. Communication was fast and professional via WhatsApp, with clear pricing. They offer free nitrogen, balancing, and alignment when buying 4 tyres. Why not 5 stars? 1). Had to remind workers to fill the tyres with Nitrogen. 2). Tyre pressures were off (asked for 35 psi, got 41–44). 3). No proper waiting area, and water dispenser was empty. Good service overall, but attention to detail and customer comfort could be better.
They don't covered for you anything on their items just they sell you after that they tell you product it was good and you damage it really fanny very low quality they have . I used tyres for less than one year and got damage for brand nexen as is Korean but I thing they give you used refresh one and they sell as new, I bought it as new but they give reused refresh one I think very bad 👎 I don't recommend them and MFIX they are same company
Vishnu is a great guy and service technician Rakesh is amazzzzzzzzzzzing. Saeedi Pro iam your regular customer. But visting Ras Al Khor branch visit was very amazing. Thank you once again vishnu
