Yesterday was my worst salon experience at Sakura DSO branch. I went in for a hair trim, scalp mask, pedicure-manicure. I was clear that I wanted a U-shaped trim, the staff took long and for some reason I found her chopping the right side of my hair. I wasn’t feeling right about the whole thing and asked to help me see the cut from back, once done. That sight was a nightmare. Even more disastrous is that the staff wasn’t able to provide a solution. I called my friend to get some help, she asked me to wash and blow dry again. The audacity though, the reception staff wanted to charge me for this cut and blow dry. The sink to wash hair is at wrong height and got my clothes fully wet from back. I’d say, the amount you are charging doesn’t justify the service and the staff you’ve hired. This was my first and unfortunately the last time at your salon. Please choose wisely!

I had such a wonderful experience with Fida! She is not only highly professional but also very friendly, which made me feel comfortable right away. She really listened and understood exactly what I wanted, and the result was perfect. I highly recommend Fida to anyone looking for an excellent hairstylist — she truly combines great skill with a warm personality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Feedback: The massage therapist was a bit slow and didn’t complete the full 60 minutes. She finished early, which I feel isn’t fair considering the cost. I would appreciate it if the full duration could be respected in future sessions.

Worst for hair services, great for nails. I believe no one knows how to cut curly hair and it got shorter than expected. Worst is while we style the hair in our way we have more hands coming in to touch the styled hair when wet or during the process. Unexpected for someone who has been regular, but if you have curly hair- not recommended!!
