They will do the best to fix your car, I highly recommend them and going with their service, thanks for them and for Salama Insurance.

I’m extremely disappointed with Salama Insurance and would not even give them one star if that were an option. I purchased a refurbished phone from Amazon with a Salama Care warranty. The phone stopped working after just a few days, and since then, I’ve been struggling to get any clear information on how or where to get it repaired. I’ve called their call center twice in the past two days. Unfortunately, the agents do nothing more than create a complaint “ticket” and assure me that someone will take it seriously and get back to me “soon.” So far, that has proven to be completely untrue. In today’s world, phones are essential—we rely on them for work, payments, and communication. Being without a functioning device for over three days has been more than just inconvenient. To make matters worse, it takes up to two days just to get a response from their team, and that too with vague or unhelpful information. If this is how they handle customer service, I can only imagine how long actual repairs will take. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Salama seriously needs to overhaul its customer support if it hopes to be taken seriously.

I'm extremely disappointed. I will just say that this insurance company is not even for 1 star it's 0 and we are speaking now of HEALTH INSURANCE... I'm still waiting for my money reclaiming for almost 3 months. Every time when I called I get answer "We will update you". And in the end answer is insurance not covered your clinic. Just to everything be clear; before I go to visit my doctor I called insurance to ask about that and answer were simple (YES INSURANCE WILL COVER your appointment with that clinic, when I reach clinic they check across my ID and all were good!). So what is the point having this insurance if they lying?! HUGE DISAPPOINTED. And I'm still without any kind of answer how this is possible....
