The order was through Careem yesterday. This was supposed to be a surprise cake so imagine how embarrassing when the celebrant opened and it was damaged. The smallercakes were not carefully packed so it got juggled on the trip. The big cake crashed to the side of the box so it cracked. Sent the photos and complaints to Careem but their agent was not helpful and did nothing. This is actually the first time I ordered here and the cake was decent and ok but the experience was disappointing.

Worst handwriting I've seen on a cake. Convinced colleagues to buy from here based on past good experience. Embarrassing experience.

It is one of the best patisserie in Dubai. Cakes are amazing …just look at the beautiful cakes it says it all! Soft light fresh and so satisfying. Must try..

Very poor customer service. The staff member present , specifically during the night ,is quite rude to the customers, particularly to those of other nationalities. Might be they should put up a board stating “Serves only Egyptians “. She didn’t even pack my cake properly .We used to be regular customers here , every special occasion we used to get something or the other there , i believe it ends today . Everyone pays the same and deserves to be respected the same as well. Huge disappointment 👎
