Samsara Yoga is, quite simply, a sanctuary. Tucked away in the end of Dubai Marina, it offers a rare kind of stillness and peace. The space is light, calm, and immaculately kept, without ever feeling clinical. Naoomi, the manager, is the soul of the place, intuitive, kind, and quietly efficient. Her presence brings a sense of order and warmth. Everything runs smoothly because she’s clearly invested in the experience of every single visitor. Reem’s sound healing sessions are ethereal, deeply moving and restorative. And then there’s the little café. It’s easy to overlook in a city full of flashy health bars, but this one is special. The staff are sweet and know their blends. Their herbal sleep tea, a mix of soothing tea and flowers, is both comforting and incredibly effective. A perfect end to a grounding class or a long day.
The staff there is very attentive and friendly. The kind young lady at reception answered all my questions about the place. A beautiful location where much love has been put into a sustainable, timeless, stylish design that creates a calming atmosphere. Everything is very clean. Sanitary facilities are beautiful and clean. When you take part in classes, they provide towels in the changing room. Samsara also provide a lovely scented shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Additionally, they provide cotton buds, cotton tampons, and hairbands. The equipment in the yoga studio is new, and the room itself is bright, beautifully decorated and clean with a nice view onto the Marina. Samsara prepare the mats for the participants in each class. Further, the participants find a refillable glas bottle with refreshing water with mint, lime, and cucumber added next to their mats. Before I left Samsara I was offered a lovely complimentary tea which I enjoyed in their beautifully designed café. You can also just visit the café and enjoy tasty, healthy smoothies or delicious signature coffees, fresh juices or organic tea.

Everything is spotless, including the modern, clean sanitary facilities. During classes, towels are provided, along with scented shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cotton buds, tampons, and hairbands. The yoga studio is bright, well-equipped, and overlooks the Marina. Mats are prepared in advance, and each spot includes a glass bottle of refreshing infused water. After class, I was offered complimentary tea, which I enjoyed in their beautifully designed café that also serves healthy smoothies, signature coffees, fresh juices, and organic teas.
Love the ambience of the place. Quiet & Peaceful. Did my first Candlelight yin at this place and it was therapeutic. Instructor was very patient and she guides your posture in case you might be having a hard time executing it. The equipment was well sanitised and the studio is clean. Staff was accommodating and they gave us complimentary water and tea after the class. Will definitely be booking another class.
I recently attended a fantastic yoga class with Afreen, and it was truly an amazing experience! The instructor was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. The class was well-paced, with a perfect balance of stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation. The instructor explained each pose clearly, making sure everyone, whether beginner or advanced, could follow along. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the studio was clean, calm and upclass, which helped me focus and unwind. I left feeling relaxed, stretched, and energized. It was exactly what I needed to clear my mind and relieve stress. Overall, it was a great yoga class, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their flexibility or simply relax and recharge.
