BE CAREFUL NO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME 5th July, nothing been fixed. The room is fully occupied with an incomplete closet, closet doors here and there. 28th June, after waiting for 2 months big closet arrived. Incorrect sizes incorrect material incorrect design. Plus damaged my wall and bedroom door. Small closet cracked wood. They promised they will fix on 2 nd July. 26 June again another lie. Yesterday they promised to deliver today. And just now again ( mam saturday delivery boss said) 25 June another lie another false promise. After the last promise on the 19th. They decided today while i am waiting for the delivery to inform me that Closet not ready. 19 June not delivered yet. Every time they answered the phone ( if they answered) they said just give us another 5 days. 2 June ANOTHER UPDATE AFTER A MONTH OF CHASING. Again one is answering me and my order still not been delivered. 1 May 2025 First of all i made a huge mistake placing an order and paying without checking the google reviews first. I placed my order 1st May and haven’t received even a delivery date till now ( after 24 days) Chasing calling with no clear answer. All what i get we are following up and wait for a while then they stop answering.

I would strongly advise anyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We placed an order in November for a bed, bed frame, and mirrors. Unfortunately, the experience has been a complete nightmare. First, the bed arrived without the mirrors. We were told to wait 6 weeks for the mirrors, only for them to arrive late at night—around 8 PM. Upon attempting to install them, one mirror broke, and the other was mounted on the wall in a way that caused it to crack. This posed an immediate safety hazard, as the mirror could have fallen and injured us while we slept. I immediately contacted them with photos and explicitly requested the mirrors be removed for safety reasons. Despite the clear danger, no one came to remove the mirrors for weeks! Frustrated, we requested they replace the mirrors with wooden panels. Again, we endured numerous delays, broken promises, and unfulfilled delivery dates. Finally, one of the drivers showed up at 8 PM, violating our community’s rule of no work past 6 PM. The panels were left outside, and we had to wait 4 more days for them to be installed. When the panels were finally placed, they were much shorter than the wall, and the installation was sloppy, with wires and cables left exposed on the floor. I’ve included a video to demonstrate the unsafe condition they left us in. We have repeatedly informed them of the danger posed by the exposed cables, yet no action has been taken despite our ongoing complaints for over a month. We’ve paid in full for the products and services, yet the entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating and dangerous. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and blatant disregard for customer safety is appalling. We are still waiting for any resolution, but as of now, no one has addressed the issues. This is unacceptable. I urge you to think twice before engaging with this company. We’ve been completely let down, and we feel our safety and time have been disregarded entirely.

I recently bought a sofa from SAN Furniture and I’m really happy with it! The quality is great, it’s super comfortable, and it looks perfect in my living room. The delivery was on time and the team was very helpful. Highly recommended!
