This is my second time working with Sara Kay first on my wedding and now on my babies announcement. I really enjoy the process with them they are very professional and cooperative. For sure going to work with them again.

I don’t even know where to start. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had working with a designer. They had no understanding of their work, nor could they write properly in either English or Arabic. Every single time they sent me the text, there were mistakes, and I had to double-check and point them out—something that should never be my responsibility as a paying customer. The design was revised four times because what they initially provided was rushed and sloppy, nothing like the polished work they showcase on Instagram. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of my order as quickly as possible. And despite all of this back-and-forth, the final result was still terrible! What makes it even worse is the price—they charge premium rates but deliver extremely poor quality and zero professionalism. It felt like i was the designer, doing all the work, while they just followed along carelessly. I paid for a service to make things easier for me, but instead, I was left stressed, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied. To prove my point, I contacted another designer on Instagram, and she completed everything in just three days—with no mistakes and a high-quality video. That’s the level of service I expected.
