Zero rating. I have been scammed by this travel agent. I paid for a Business Class ticket and have yet to receive it and was not provided with a booking number or itinerary. I have contacted them to ask for the documentation to proceed with recouping the money from my bank, but they have not replied.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent interaction I had when attempting to inquire about your visa services. Upon calling your office, the person who answered the phone abruptly disconnected the call without providing any assistance or explanation. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. If the call was directed to the wrong department or number, I believe it would have been more appropriate and courteous to inform me, rather than simply hanging up. Such conduct reflects poorly on your service and could discourage potential clients. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately to ensure better treatment of future customers.
