My son had a high fever, so we went to Saudi German Hospital—and it did not disappoint. The hospital is very spacious, and all areas were well-maintained and clean. All the staff were incredibly accommodating—from the reception, kitchen, housekeeping, and security staff to the nurses and doctors. We stayed at the hospital for four days, and from the first to the last day, they truly did a great job. My son was very scared and cried a lot, but the staff showed full understanding, patience, and care. We stayed in Room B711, which was very clean and spacious. It was also conveniently located right in front of the nurse’s station, making it easy to get assistance whenever we needed it for my baby. I would also like to commend the hospital food—it was absolutely delicious. Well done to the chef! My baby recovered from the E. coli bacteria and was discharged within four days. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took care of my baby. Overall, the experience was exceptional! It felt like staying in a five-star hotel. Well done, Saudi German Hospital! This is my second time having surgery at Saudi German Hospital, and I’ve had a really good experience. All the staff are super friendly and professional. I didn’t have to wait long, and everything was done quickly. Dr. Daniel Serralta and Nurse Kathrina are both really caring and always make me feel welcome. They keep checking on how I’m feeling and how the pain is, which I really appreciate.

I highly recommend Mariam Abouzeina for physiotherapy. She is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also incredibly attentive and caring. From the very first session, she took the time to understand my concerns, explain the treatment plan clearly, and tailor it specifically to my needs. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Sanjay Vodela and the team at Saudi German Hospital for the amazing care they gave my grandad during his recent cataract surgery. Dr. Sanjay was extremely professional, calm, and reassuring throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and treated my grandad with a lot of patience and care. The surgery was a big success, and the improvement in his vision has been incredible. We also want to give a special mention to Nurse Chandrika, who was always kind, attentive, and supportive during our visits. Earlier, my grandad had also undergone angioplasty with Dr. Anil Bansal, and that too went very smoothly.
