I sent a shipment (Air) tracking number A129812 which was departed from sharjah on 22/01/2025. It reached in Delhi airport on 23 at 6:00am. Till today the website of seabreeze showing at destination port and the same website showing delivery scheduled date 28/012025. Today I called Sabiya branch and to the representative who talked rudely and said that at the time of booking he told me that it will take 15 working days to be delivered. If it will take 15 working days then why the website giving misleading information / schedule date????? If the service and dealing of the executive like this, then choosing another service provider is a best option.
