Called to inquire about outdoor housing for my DLSR camera. I found few housing on their website that are probably a good fit. But the lady that answered my call and chatted with me over whatsapp kept referring to CCTV cameras, while I explained I only need housing, not cameras. And then asked me to talk to someone in integration, without explaining how this is related. That was unprofessional.

Bought security camera online. 4 days not shipped spoke to the lady to cancel order she hanged up the phone . Totally not proffissonal. Update: I got a call from Akhil who was very helpful and professional in resolving the issue. Today I received the CCTV camera, it is different model but what to do. Moving rating from 1 to 4 stars. I suggest to avoid unsatisfied customers and bad reviews to update your online inventory more often.

Inquired about a door access controller.. Was listed as in stock in their website. Purchased it.. two days later they called to say the product has been discontinued (it hasn't).. Unreliable.
