Unfortunately, my experience with Virginie from Select Group fell below expectations. From the start, I noticed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Communication was often delayed or unclear, making it difficult to get timely and accurate responses. Moreover, I felt that my requests were not taken into consideration and that there was no real interest in providing quality service. This attitude slowed down the work process and created unnecessary frustration. I expected a much higher level of service from Select Group and from a professional in such a responsible role.

As an agent myself, I have a certain standard to which I expect industry colleagues to operate when it comes to client care. Tom Hayes at Select Group goes above and beyond anything I could ask for. He is presentable, professional, transparent and available 27/4 whenever I need him (sorry Tom!!). I try to direct all my clients to Select Group properties and it is primarily due to the standard of their developments but it is just as much because of the standard of client care we receive. We have worked with several buyers together - it is always a smooth and transparent process and Tom's admin support team are equally as polite and helpful! Select Group are by far my favourite developer

Mr. Ian Gutierrez was the best executive customer service we've ever encountered. He assisted us and was so patient and helpful with all our requests. He deserves nothing but all the best and success for he is very willing to do the extra mile to make sure that his client's requests are being answered and dealt it on a very timely and even urgent basis.
