This company is really struggling to send trainers. I bought a 4 months package last year and till now they are unable to provide my remaining 5 sessions nor refund my money. I patiently waited and followed-up but they just stopped responding to me. Anyway I feel it is like a donation that I have given for charity! I agree with most of the comments here- very unprofessional. They will agree for everything like location etc while selling the package but after that they just dont care. All my sessions were always cancelled by the trainers. I also hear from one of my trainer that she can’t come because she was not paid. So, please check properly and ensure that their terms & condition states refund if trainer is not available or cancels at last moment and if they are unable to find a trainer for you.

Since the moment I've got heba as my trainer from this app I was always improving and getting stronger and I'm very satisfied and of course I'll continue until I reach my goal. Thank you Send Me a Trainer for this amazing experience.
