It’s rare to find staff who is so patient, professional, and passionate about the brand they represent. I left feeling confident in my purchase and my look. I went today to Sephora Marina Mall and bought a lip liner and lipstick. At checkout, they told me if I added another product, I would get a small gift. I bought an extra item for 80 AED as I was excited. But the gift they gave me looked already opened, and they had even added another sticker to close it again. Inside were just testers, something you can usually get without any special purchase. Very disappointing and not what you expect from Sephora.

I gave this Sephora another try. I previously didn't like this branch. Well, today I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The product range was large. Not like the Dubai Mall but big enough. The store wasn't overcrowded and just well organized and clean. I also had my eyebrows tinted,and was really happy with the results. Go here!

Hello, The cashier who served me decided to call her colleague over and have a giggle at my name. If you are going to find something amusing, at least display a subtle demeanour, so the shopper is not aware. By the way, I purchased a sharpener, beauty blender, and invisible sprunchie. My shopping bill amounted to 180.95 and was purchased at approximately 16:20. This is so you can pinpoint the cashier and address this with her. When I addressed the cashier about her conduct, she made a comment about the fact that she was informing her colleague about the number of points I had accumulated. Very poor excuse. Clearly not the case. Thankyou.
