Shades by Loft - Dubai Silicon Oasis

I’ve been to this salon several times before and was generally satisfied, but after my most recent visit, I’m extremely disappointed and I won’t be going back. The quality of their service has clearly declined. I went in last week for a regular manicure, and just three days later, the polish started peeling off like stickers! When I called to address the issue, I was told, “Oh, it’s a normal manicure, that’s expected.” I’ve had regular manicures plenty of times before, and they do not peel off like that especially not so soon. They also tried to blame me, saying, “You need to take care of your nails,” as if they knew what I was doing with my hands which was nothing unusual! Eventually, the manager offered to redo my nails, so I went back on Saturday and got an all-white manicure instead of the French one that had peeled off. Well, just two days later, the new polish started peeling again this time with strange bubbles and black spots in it. Honestly, it was the worst salon experience I’ve had. I paid good money expecting decent quality, and it was absolutely not worth it. I’m sharing photos from both visits so others can see exactly what I experienced!

I have been going to Shades for a little while now and after searching for a good nail salon, I can say with full confidence that I have finally found one! They are all lovely individuals who provide great service. I highly recommend Vegon for pedicures and Kamala for manicures as I have always left happy! Kamala is amazing at nail art, she makes it look effortless, no matter what I ask of her.

KAMALA!! KAMALA!! KAMALA!! One of the best nail technicians I’ve ever worked with. Her work is consistently high quality, and I’m always impressed. I usually get a Gelish manicure with her, and my nails stay perfect for up to five weeks. If you’re ever in the mood for nail art, she’s a true artist, just give her the freedom to create, and she’ll come up with something unique and beautiful every time.

The best nails saloon in Dubai silicon oasis the place is very relaxing and they have amazing technicians specially Melanie and kamala they did a support amazing work for me and they are very nice , hardworking and supper polite 🙏🏼🙏🏼♥️♥️ I strongly recommend.
