Shaira Fashions - Village Mall Jumeirah

My mom received her dress from Shaira Store last week. Before buying it, she specifically asked the sales lady if the item would go on sale soon. The response was a firm “No madam.” Based on that assurance, she went ahead and bought it. Now, just a few days later, the same dress is 20% off — almost AED 1,000 less. When I contacted the store, their response was, “How can we know it will be on sale?” — which is exactly the point. If you don’t know, then don’t give customers false certainty. Just say “We’re not sure.” I asked politely for a price adjustment, but was completely ignored. Very disappointing service for a high-end purchase. I hope this helps future customers manage their expectations.
