don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Shamil was very disappointing. The staff here really need proper training in customer service and management. They had a lot of attitude and did not know how to talk to customers in a respectful way. When we come for services, we expect professionalism and guidance, not rude behavior. I sincerely hope management looks into this and trains their team better, because this kind of experience leaves a very bad impression.

I had a great experience at Shamil Vehicle Testing Center. The service was quick, smooth, and well-organized. A special thanks to Abeer at the information desk — she was extremely polite, helpful, and guided me through the process with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Her assistance made everything so much easier. The entire team was efficient and courteous. Highly recommended for anyone looking for fast and hassle-free vehicle testing.!

Please educate and train the front desk officer. She says immediate NO to everything. I have past experiences here and today as well. Nothing changed. She doesnt give out right information and instead says "this can't be done, that can't be done"... whereas other staff is able to do all the things that she refuse. Not only huge inconvenience to customers but it is one way of losing business for AL Shamil from front desk ( first point of contact).
