Shangri-La Dubai

Shangri-La is a wonderful Hotel. I have had the opportunity to stay and dine in several restaurants at the hotel which are all very good and unique in its own way. Despite it being an old tower, its maintained very well. The staff are highly professional and well trained, embodying the essence of world class service. One individual who stands out is a gentleman stationed at the main entrance named Mr. Khudaraham. His consistently positive, friendly, and professional demeanor leaves a lasting impression. His patience and dedication to customer service are truly commendable. Kudos to him and to the hotel management for retaining such exemplary staff who uphold the high standards and customer service values synonymous with the Dubai hospitality market.

Lovely Property and Amazing Staff. The Shangri La Dubai is in an excellent and central location. Rooms are up to the highest 5 Star standards. Very modern and well equipped with everything one could desire. The staff make this hotel even better. I found everyone to be genuinely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make my experience extra special. Very well done! I will certainly come back in the near future.

My husband and I travelled over from Australia in February this year. We immediately felt welcomed by Staff their service was the best we have ever had at any place we have stayed. I honestly loved they all went above and beyond for us. We booked the horizon premier suite. The daily surprises from the cleaning staff with "suprise" flowers on my bed and towel animals were a lovely touch. The Horizon club staff were amazing Maya. Keith,Saw all were wonderful every morning we were greeted and a lovely smile from the concierge staff and the horizon team which made our day so much better. The door man were very attentive and made sure we were looked after put us into the taxi asked where we wanted to go. Opening doors walking us to the lift and pressing the button. Service was a very big highlight of this establishment. The food was amazing every day in the horizon afternoon tea and evening canapes were made fresh by the pastry chef and all different savoury and sweets awaiting to tempt the taste buds. The evening cocktails were wonderful. We met the manager "Chris" who was down to earth very helpful and sat down for a chat with us. I Thank you Shangri-la Dubai for making this a very special trip for us both and I will return one day.
