Don’t buy any thing from them if it’s get fault they will not al all co operate with you they just smile to you when you buy after you call customer care 1000 times they will just tell you yeah we have sent your request to the technical team I bought a gaming laptop MSI for nearly 9000 it’s been 4 days now I am calling customer care, and the Dubai mall customer service centre not picking up my calls they are rude and just don’t have feelings just stone hearted shame on you Sharaf dg you take people money make them suffer disgusting service it’s Dubai not a small village you take 4 days still you don’t know anything when what will happen literally no one have answers when you buy things from here they don’t mention you anything if the thing get damage one something happen they will tell 15 days you need to wait what the hell you still living in 90s ?? Grow up when ever you call customer care they say some body will call you in 24 hrs yet no one called mailed messaged I have a number of the lady from Dubai mall shop she also not picking up the call really customer service is from 90s WHY YOU OPEN A SHOP IN THE MIDDLE OF TOURSIT PLACE ? PEOPLE BUY FROM YOU AND WHEN THEY REACH THERE COUNTRY IF IT GETS BROKE WHOSE GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE!

Never buy from them. I had a very bad experience at the Dubai Mall branch. The representative, Maya, persuaded me for two hours to buy a Philips hair dryer with a brush, which is a non-returnable product. I asked for a powerful hair straightener. But it was so weak, it was as if I had never straightened my hair! I will not deal with them and I do not recommend them to anyone! I want to exchange or return it. I called them to complain, but they ignored my request and did not respond on WhatsApp. There is no after-sales service.

One of worst experiences with the customer service and service centre every time telling different things about warranty even this warranty is extended one I pay 750 Durham for this warranty but if something happens forget it they will speak with bad way. My phone is Samsung flip 5 and pushing me to replace my old phone with used one and I will pay for them Or I will upgrade into flip 6 only. Once I pay for the warranty they inform me clear if we will not be able to fix or change your phone with new one u will take gift voucher
