We recently completed the solar installation for our home and are very satisfied with the overall experience. The process was smooth, and the team was professional throughout. We opted for the monthly installment payment plan offered by Sharaf, which made the investment much more feasible and manageable. Highly recommend them for anyone considering going solar!

One star feels generous for what we’ve been through. We contacted Sharaf DG Energy to install solar panels. The installation wasn’t smooth — delays, mistakes, and even damage to our electrical wiring — but after months, it’s finally active. That said, the panels haven’t been cleaned since activation, so they’re not operating efficiently. What truly ruined the experience was being upsold a “smart home” system that has been a nightmare for over five months. There is absolutely nothing smart about it — just constant problems, faulty devices, and poor workmanship. • 3 smart cameras: all faulty, returned, installed with unsightly trunking, then ripped out leaving holes and glue on our walls. • 2 thermostats: either turning on and off and leaving us sweating or freezing, or constantly on to permanently freeze at 18C - default temperature in the Life Smart system, after 2 months nobody came to help fix it. A system fully paid. • Intercom: sold as wireless, installed with unsightly trunking, then ripped out leaving black glue on our entrance wall. • Recently replaced with a non functioning unit, this thing beeped EVERY MINUTE for 10 days — 14,400 beeps — until I removed it myself at 2 a.m. after losing our sanity. • No functioning intercom now, just a gaping hole near our front door. I’ve had to beg them to take these items back. Every request has been delayed, dismissed, or countered with half-baked fixes that only made things worse. Installation finished in February — it’s now the end of June — and I’m still waiting for real resolution. I sincerely hope this review helps the company reflect and improve its service standards — I remain open to resolving these very expensive issues.

The Solar panel and related electrical equipment installation by Sharaf DG Energy team from sales stage to design, engineering, implementation and after service support was really outstanding. We have the system running for over a year and system is running very effectively.
