Can never go wrong with Sharaf DG. Ritesh was very helpful in guiding me through the options and helping me select the right laptop. The branch is big with a wide variety of laptops available, which made comparing models much easier. I still feel the prices could be a bit more competitive compared to online, but I was given a free laptop bag and a Yango Play Smart Home Device worth 280 Dhs, which made up for it. Overall, a great experience and definitely more peace of mind when buying from here.

Not even worth single star..bought electric cooking range worth 1250 Aed for my new home.They send damaged piece.When i complaint they told they eill replace and i didnt start to cook and keep ordering outside food in wait of replacement .Its been 5 days we tired of eating outside and spending unnecessarily.Today morning they told that they will deliver by afternoon took half day off to receive my order @ 6:30 pm they are telling they dont have stock means it was the last damaged piece they delivered to me.Very disappointed never go to sharaf Dg.and never recommend anyone to buy anything frm them.This is useless electronic company..now they are not answering my calls also.Customer care lady Keep telling me they will do something and keep me waiting till I give up as Cooking Gadget is a priority requirement of any house.Thats why I ordered at my earliest to get it on time before wexshift to our new Home.They wanted that Till ppl give up and stop approaching them for replacement like they didi with me .I have no other option rather than using this damaged piece frm this outlet.NOT RECCOMONDED …better to order Amazon atleast they reply quick and better way

I got new phone before yesterday and I paid in sharaf dg in this branch and they said they will send the next day by delivery and I received it dirty and I came to the same branch to change but they are not accepting. VERY rude customer service no one tried to help. Looks like second hand to me

I got the new iphone 16 2 days ago and it was second hand because the box was very dirty, so i went back to sharaf DG and told them to give me a new phone, and they refused and asked me to pay extra 1000. I called apple to make sure and i gave the serial number and they told me that this iPhone was purchased 13 December 2024. But i paid the full amount and they told me that this is a new iphone. They lied and scammed me and they are not returning my money or giving me a new iphone

We bought an iphone 16 pro max recently, our visit was so smooth, Mr. Mohammed Arish explained us everything well, we purchased insurance and all accessories from the store. His. Energy and urge to upsell products are much appreciated. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you
