I had called the provided number given and I lady answer my call and I asked regarding a documents if they have received without finishing my concern and details she transfer and it got disconnected the call it is so rude . At least listen before transfer 😕 so upset .
Worst Service never use their service specially from Jasmin UAE and her team.
Highly Unprofessional and Poor service. Don't even know to check the BL. Worst sales and handling team ever who always comes up with lame excuses. I shipped my car from Rotterdam to Dubai, initially shipping time informed for 21 days, whereas car reached in 30 days. They received BL in much advance but Sharaf Shipping staff didn't check the BL which was without car chassis number, they got the correction in 3 days and again its a wrong chassis number, so another 3 days. Both the times BL mistakes have been identified by the custom without being noticed by Sharaf Shipping. Result of this clearance delayed for 10 days. Very disappointed with such a big name, NOT RECOMMENDED at all.
