The parking situation has become a major inconvenience. While the system in B1 and B2 levels has been changed, the result has been far from ideal. There are constant issues, and it’s nearly impossible to have a smooth experience when checking out of the parking area. Even after validating parking tickets, they often don’t work, leading to long queues. The security personnel don’t help expedite the process either—you have to leave your car in line to personally ask them to open the gate. This poor procedure is wasting people’s time. It would be far better to reconsider or cancel these ineffective measures altogether.

The girl in the reception always with weird difficult attitude. I came for my first day in work and she didn’t let me in because I don’t have access card for the elevator. She asked if I can provide contact information of the person who invited me to the building. So the next day I came ready with the number of the reception lady where I work in. She refused to call to confirm that I work in the building and I need to use the elevator and she said she can’t use the phone they have on her office. After long conversation she made the call from the phone of her office and she said okay u can go up🙂 I really don’t understand her problem. I’m just trying to go to my office and she’s making it hard for me instead of helping me when she’s sitting on the reception desk and her job is to help and serve the people.
