I got my order insta360 X4 today. My experience was good with operation team and their support to ensure my delivery on time was outstanding. On the other hand the courier company ECO Express was horrible. The delivery guy was extremely rude calling exactly at the end of the day. They let customers wait all the day but the delivery guy can't wait even for five to ten minutes. I would highly recommend to shift to a professional courier company like Empost or Aramex.
