I recently visited your salon (02.08.2025) and, while I was initially happy with the technician, I left feeling quite disappointed. I’m not a hairdresser, so I don’t know all the technical details of how a procedure is done — that’s why I relied on clear communication. We both speak Russian, and I clearly said I just wanted to “подравнять кончики” (trim the ends). She did trim my ends, as I asked, but I was charged the full price for a haircut — something I only realized after I got home. If there was any misunderstanding or if the service provided was considered a haircut, I should have been informed about that upfront. This lack of transparency really affected my overall experience. I liked the technician personally, but this situation left me feeling misled and frustrated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I had higher expectations from your salon. Getting my nails done here for almost 6 month! Nail technician Erka is wonderful person and super professional, saved my nails so many times! Administration is the most sweet I ever faced, solving problems, giving a proper consultation! And the price is fair Really love the place🌟👍

Shines is an absolutely beautiful salon with a stunning view over the Dubai Marina! It’s a place where you can find everything you need – from manicures and makeup to hairstyling – all in one spot. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive – especially the lady at the front desk. They really make you feel at home, offering coffee and cookies while you’re being pampered. A special shoutout to Bogdan – he is truly a magician when it comes to hair! Every time he works his magic, I leave the salon feeling like the best version of myself.
