We have chosen this cargo company for house hold shipment from Dubai to Czech Republic. Person who came to pack our goods was excellent but the post shipment service is worst as we were charged for door to door delivery but later we received email from the international cargo company that we have to pay additional Euro 130 for door delivery as Shipwave has done contract with them only to the destination delivery. When we contacted Me. Vijay in Dubai office as Mr. Vijay & Mr. Ames promised us that the charges we paid are for door delivery but later when we call & spoke to Mr. Vijay, he said we have charged you discounted rate & door delivery is not included. We had telephonic conversation as well as what’s app communication with them , so we have proof of WhatsApp communication that shows our cost is included door delivery. I strongly recommend to get written pored with this liars as they will not respond once they will get their money.

The call centre, the ground team were professional and very cooperative. They handled materials very professionally, i would say good value n wonderful service before n after work completed. 👍👏👏👏⚘ best wishes. Vijay Arjun.

I wont find a better Dubai cargo company other than shipwaves. Best cargo services to India and before i reach back here, your tracking app alerted me - my things reached my location. Truly the best cargo partner a brand can have. Inspired with the quality cargo services and nice team you guys were managing in your company. We used Shipwaves LLC for our move from Sharjah to Bangalore and am extremely happy with their service. The team is extremely professional and responsive. Sales team responded to all our emails within a reasonable time frame and went the extra mile to ensure a smooth experience for us. The packing and loading staff were knowledgeable and did a fabulous job with packing as our items including glassware reached us unbroken.
