The most unprofessional company you would deal with. They don't answer their customer in a timely manner or answer to begin with. They refuse to give account management contact numbers to their clients. We closed our account with them and paid our so called dues just to get done with it. End result been chasing them to hand over our remaining inventory FOR TWO MONTHS but of course since they change their words constantly they now want to charge for the delivery though they promised they won't. End result waste of your time and money and may be even your inventory "investment".

I have been trying to contact you via WhatsApp and email for the past 5 consecutive days, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service. It’s unacceptable for a delivery company to be so difficult to reach.

Shorages overcharges by up to 70% compared to agreed terms and refuses to release goods without unjustified extra payments. They delay deliveries, ignore commitments, and hold inventory hostage. This is not a reliable or ethical partner. Strongly advise against doing business with them.

They had the shipment for a month and half and are supposed to be delivered, no response through email and they don’t pick the calls.
