Signature Hotel Apartments & Spa Marina

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very surprised with how welcoming and accommodating all their staff was. They made sure we were comfortable and happy with our stay. They gave us the best view and our family enjoyed every moment of our stay. Also the room was comfortable. Since we were also celebrating a birthday, they even gave us a yummy complementary cake, and even the staff sang happy birthday as he delivered the cake to our room. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every need. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality. The room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, fresh linens, a clean bathroom, kitchen, and a nice view from the window. My stay at the Signature Hotel Marina has been fantastic! The location is superb, right in the heart of the Marina, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a great place to relax after a day out. What truly stands out is the friendly and incredibly helpful staff. I especially want to commend Muzammil, who proactively approached me for feedback and made sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. His attentiveness really made a difference! Highly recommend Signature Hotel Marina for anyone looking for a great stay in Dubai Marina with exceptional service.

The room was a decent size, had booked an apartment. The decor is very dark and needs upgrading. Had to ask for cups and cutlery which was eventually provided. The service was rather poor from management. I had emailed in advance asking for an early check-in and received no response. Arrived at 08:30 and had to wait until 13:00 for a room to be available no effort made to accommodate us bearing in mind we had a long flight! Muzzamil from housekeeping was lovely and cleaned our room daily. The day we were leaving I asked reception if they had some sellotape as I had to secure my wrapping and advised go to the shop. Not very professional or any care for customer's needs. The location is great as you're close to most amenities and train station. The view overlooks the marina which is beautiful. We were about 20min walk from JBR beach and marina mall. You can hire lime scooters which takes half the time. Overall average experience. They are more about taking your money than provide exceptional customer service. There is a small pool on-site, again average hotel with little customer satisfaction.

I had an incredible stay at the Signature Hotel in Dubai Marina! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the marina and easy access to vibrant dining and shopping spots. Clement and Khalid were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a luxurious yet cozy vibe. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the city skyline. The dining options were diverse and delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Overall, an unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be back!
