Great place , parking can be an issue especially during summer. Ideal to come early here. The place has good views, coffee shops, food outlets, praying area and friendly staff. Most of my questions were answered by people attending. Great place to meet up with friends or evening catchup

DSO’s behavior is simply outrageous. They're exploiting tenants at every opportunity, finding new ways to squeeze extra money from people. Closing parking areas just to force tenants into paying for overpriced alternatives is nothing but a greedy and unethical practice. This kind of manipulation shows complete disregard for their customers and will eventually backfire on them.

I have visited a couple of times NBD ATM to deposit the cheques, most of the time it’s quiet in the evening, and a lot of free space for parking.

Worst free zone building ever. The services are pathetic. And now they are making it more worse by putting parking fee(10aed/hr) even for the corporate offices inside it. Its all flashy from outside, inside offices Air conditionings have issues most of the days, when i have visited one office inside and they were not sure why building ACs not functioning well even after several calls. The restrooms are built with third class material , not a good place to be in.

Turning all parking areas in DSO into paid parking (AED 10 per hour) is completely unacceptable and disappointing. Companies already pay to operate in this area expecting essential services—including parking to be reasonably provided for their employees. Imposing such high fees will push many businesses to consider relocating elsewhere.
