I'm Impressed with Simply Healthy meal plans! The delivery arrives before 6 am. The items come so well packaged so they still stay super cold and fresh when I open them up in the morning. The meals are delicious, plus you can choose your meals each week. Highly recommend honestly.

I came to know about simply healthy through the Aster campaign. The food is super delicious and the food presentation and packaging were awesome. I recommend them to anyone looking for some great healthy food.
Been a regular with Simply Healthy by Mitun for 2 months. This has helped me lose the body fat that was difficult to get rid of despite intense workouts. The nutrition is top notch with the food tasting really good. Already lost over 4 kgs thanks to them!
