I purchased several items yesterday — the fugs were so sweet, the small grapes were fresh, and the beach and small red cherry apples were absolutely delicious. I'm a regular customer and always appreciate the quality of your products. However, I hope you consider reducing the price of the cherry apples. At 25 Dhs per kg, they are quite expensive compared to other fruits. Aside from that, I highly recommend the shop for its freshness and variety. Thank you

One of the best fruit shops I’ve tried recently — their fruits are always fresh and the service is top-notch. What makes them stand out is that the owner personally travels to Iran to handpick the fruits straight from the farms. I don’t know the owner personally and I’m not saying this to praise anyone, but give them a try — you won’t regret it.

I ordered some fruits and beans, but the beans were not delivered. Additionally, the grapes they sent were not the variety I selected online. When I contacted them, they kept passing me from one person to another. Eventually, someone responded by saying, “No problem, we’ll deliver the correct one next time.” Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. In a previous order, I requested melon, but again received the wrong item.

If I could I would give them zero. I’ve order 2 kg strawberries and upon delivery I’ve received only one. They change my order by themselves, with out even confirming with me, and send me strawberries that are double the price. They forced me to take the product and pay for it which I didn’t ORDER!!! While trying to sort out the problem, the shop didn’t have any to take any responsibility and help with the issue. In short, the shop’s behavior was unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store as they fail to deliver as promised and take no accountability for their errors. The simply didn’t reply to my message and didn’t solve the issue.
