Sky express never makes an effort to deliver. It's like they're always looking for a failed delivery. I'm not sure perhaps they get paid more if they claim they attempted to deliver many times. They call on the first day and if for some reason you don't pick up the phone or if you're not at home that's it. The next few days all you get are promised deliveries that never get fulfilled unless it's your luck day. My favourite online store uses them and my orders end up being cancelled after 3 delivery attempts when it's not my fault. The only instruction that could work with them is leave product outside or on if there's noone. This option not possible if order is cash on delivery and that's the option I use most of the time. This has happened to me many times and I'm very disappointed!!!

The worst courier service ever. Since five days ago, they have my package with them, they said they will deliver it, then I was waiting nothing came, the next day I message their guy he said he will deliver it the next day or the day after that, today is the 5th day he said he will deliver it today and still nothing came. I don't know how long they will keep my package with them till they deliver it to me. Wasting your time waiting for nothing, bad customer service too.

Delivery attempt was very swift, even though we were not at home so delivery man attempted next day for delivery. They have to improve their call center support team because they were not able to give right details and not sync with delivery team. Due to non-alignment of call center and delivery team , I have to schedule pickup from their warehouse in Diera , Dubai.

Bad Customer Service and they don't pass the messages well with customers. Even without doing their job properly ,they are lying.. I am so disappoint with their services.
