Extremely Unprofessional – Stay Away from Smart Glass Masters I had a terrible experience with Smart Glass Masters. They made a clear commitment to install glass frosting for my office, but after that, it was just excuse after excuse. For almost two weeks, they kept giving me new dates, promising each time that the work would start “tomorrow.” But that tomorrow never came. Despite my repeated follow-ups, they failed to send their team or take the responsibility seriously. Eventually, they even stopped answering my calls and responding to WhatsApp messages. It was a complete waste of my time and trust. Finally, I had no choice but to cancel the order and go with another company. Smart Glass Masters have shown nothing but unprofessionalism and poor customer service. If you value your time, commitments, and want reliable service, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Shame on such unprofessional behavior.
