I am writing to express my frustration and great disappointment in dealing with this company. Two years ago they installed the home automation system including the rails for the curtains. The installation has been faulty and over the past two years I have repeatedly suffered of rails falling down causing damage to my furniture and hurting my kids . I reached to the point were I had to make official complaints to the police and Dubai economic department. On person at the company pretending to be the manager is called Eng.Manal has been very evasive and uncooperative refusing to take any responsibility. She presence herself as the sole manager of the company and the only decision maker . We have never ever dealt with a person who is very unprofessional. She never ever kept a promise and none of her words and promises represent the truth. She doesn’t care about our wellbeing and the facts these rails have falling down causing damage and hurting my kids. Photos speak for itself…

Overall experience was not satisfactory, while they try to assist you’ll notice how unorganized the team is , they show up randomly, lots of damaged switches were installed . And above all its too expensive for what you get. The quality of the switches are below average and sometimes doesn’t respond . you are expected to pay a big amount upfront (and consistently call for money ) and you should have the patience to get the service done. I had to deal with another company in order to fix the problems caused by smart home . If you have the chance you explore more options I recommend you to do so. (see images of damaged switches)

Very Bad Customer Service I had a terrible experience with Smart Home Technology. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and the sales staff did not handle the process professionally. There were numerous delays, and appointments were never on time. Once they received the payment, their level of service significantly declined, with no proper follow-up or attention to detail. One major issue was the lack of guidance on where to place switches and devices. I was told it was my responsibility to inform the staff about the placements, even after ordering a large number of switches of various types. This left me confused and frustrated, as I expected the installation team to be organized and aware of what was discussed during the first site visit. Furthermore, some switches and devices were missing during the first installation. When I inquired about it, I was informed that they were either forgotten or not recorded correctly. This forced me to reorder, wait another month, and pay more money. I definitely do not recommend this company. The service quality is poor, and the lack of organization and communication made the whole experience frustrating and costly.
