4⭐️ For their maids and 1⭐️For the office staff. Their maids are nice, very good at cleaning and follow the instructions. Superb in time management. However, the office staff who takes the booking is very unprofessional. Every time getting the booking done is a nightmare. I had to do multiple follow ups, I had to chase her as if she is doing a favor. She just doesn’t bother to respond.

Their cleaning employees are perfect in their work. Even if you aren't comfortable with one, you can always replace on request. Very prompt in response & flexible with timings too. Except their cost, they r adjustive to most of our requests.
