The Sales Team was very Professional, but the Installation team took a while to execute the product Installation. After Sales service is good, even late nights the at hand issues were catered instantly. But Installation service could have been made more faster.
Home automation has changed my life. Don’t have to think about switching the water heater in the morning, turning on an off the AC, lights etc when I step in our out of my home. It’s so convenient to have all of my devices with native support of the apple home kit so I don’t need to download tons of applications to have this convenience. Easy installation with the help of smartify spaces technical support team. Great experience overall.
Very bad after sale service, they don’t support once their products stop working. I did with them the Aqara lights switches and it stopped working after few months.
