We purchased several items from this place, including chillers, freezers, ice machines, and blenders. Unfortunately, nearly all of them started breaking down within a year of use. What’s even more frustrating is the after-sales service — whenever we reach out for repairs, the response is extremely slow, and they often try to charge us repair fees by claiming the issues are not covered under the warranty, using vague or unclear warranty terms. We are very disappointed with both the product quality and customer support. This experience has been far below expectations, and we would strongly caution others before purchasing from this supplier.

I purchased many products from this place and paid a significant amount of money. Yet, within just one year, the equipment started to break down and show serious issues. I have requested repairs multiple times, but they have completely ignored me. This has caused a major disruption to my business. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Equipments are not good and the service is too bad , always delay by passing person to person. I need to talk at least 3 person to get an information. Unresposible staff
