I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was perfect from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to offer support whenever needed. The food was simply amazing—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. During my stay, I also had a tour with Mr. Ramesh which was a highlight of my trip. He was so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing insights. He gave me the fascinating full story about the Soviet and how they maintain their sustainability, making the experience both educational and memorable. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

As soon as I step into this hotel, I’m always impressed by the beauty of the lobby. The elegance of the space immediately creates a warm and refined atmosphere. I truly appreciate every single member of the staff — without exception. From the valet service to the reception, housekeeping, and everyone working in the dining and kitchen teams — each person contributes with professionalism and kindness to make the stay so enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, perfectly maintained, and all the furnishings are of high quality. My stay was perfect, just like the last time. I hope to return soon. This is without a doubt my favorite hotel in Dubai.

I've been staying in this hotel. Sofitel dubai the obelisk was amazing hotel, the staff are friendly, the service is spectacular, the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent and the room super nice and clean. Thank you to ricky the spa receptionist he is very professional and friendly. Thanks to artati and ravi for a wonderful treatment and Maria in the kidsclub who take care my kids while we having a treatments. The pool attendant and lifeguard are also friendly and accommodating. Definitely will share this to my friends and family. We are confirming and coming back on December to enjoy the holidays.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Baptist from the Concierge team, and I must say his service was outstanding. He is extremely professional, attentive, and always ready with a warm smile. Baptist went out of his way to ensure everything was smooth and well taken care of. His genuine hospitality and excellent knowledge made my experience truly enjoyable. Ramesh was amazing and very helpful with the breakfast. Food was super high quality and tasty! Thank you for everything. Hotel is a sight to be seen by itself. Astonishing. Amazing view, facilities, pool, pool spa, gym and personnel! Of course very clean! Thank you for making our stay in Dubai even more enjoyable and memorable we will for sure come again!
