Came here for a session. I have been a regular of Soul's for a while now. That day, I sought an appointment, and this was the only one available. I picked a swedish massage for an hour. My therapist was Angie. She was professional and gave a good massage. Might have been a bit too tough on the palms and the shin bones. But otherwise good! Only suggestion I might add is getting better parking facilities. Their spot is in a building a few blocks away where I wasn't too happy with

Very unprofessional services. Though being old client since 10 years and I have been treated badly. After sending confirmation on watsapp of next day booking by receptionist, manager sends message that the prices are for same day and can proceed only if paid through credit card link sent. It is not question of payment but unethical request is what I am upset. I don’t recommend this spa anymore as maybe success has gone into their heads and dealing with customers with arrogance has become a norm. If this feedback can reach owners, I shall give the whole chat copies to prove. Thumbs down. CRM lady asked me to delete this review but no apologies from manager Chetan
