I recently purchased two RCF ART 915 speakers from Sound Town Electronics, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The transaction was incredibly quick and smooth, and their customer service was outstanding. As I didn't have much knowledge about the product, they were very helpful in guiding me through the options and providing the information I needed. To top it off, the delivery was fast, and the speakers arrived at our office promptly. Highly recommend Sound Town Electronics for their excellent service and efficiency!

Bought a PA system and 4 speakers that stopped working within a few months. Biggest issue isn’t that they stopped working however, it’s that there’s been zero reply or any response from the shop when asking for help in resolving the issue. They completely ignore my message and calls. Clearly the product is faulty but they refuse to acknowledge me at all.

I recently purchased Soundcraft 8 channel mixer including all cables under my wife’s account (Lorna) and was so satisfied with the Staff Mr John who spend time in demonstrating the full function of the unit and he even supported me by sending through whatsapp the correct guide on how to set up my mixer connected to a TV where Optical output is to be used via a analog receiver. Mr. John is very technical and I recommend him to all other future customers.

Really bad customer service. I would urge you not to buy any products from them. I ordered a keyboard online, my money was taken but the product was never delivered as it went out of stock. Despite me requesting a refund for 2 weeks they still refuse to give me my money back. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Must visit the shop. It's highly recommended! I recently visited their shop and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Their items are high quality and yet affordable.
