She was incredibly supportive throughout the session and gave special attention to my knee injury, which made me feel safe and cared for. The focus was on legs and abs — exactly what I needed, since those are my weaker areas. Hulya guided us with patience, motivation, and clear instructions, making the whole workout feel both challenging and empowering.
