I'm happy with the hard-to-get Suzuki parts that I bought with Imperial MEA. They really stretched out to the far ends to make this happen. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!
It was first time I approached Imperial - Spareparts.me for requirement of some Volvo spare parts. I acknowledge good quality of service provided - required parts at reasonable price. I recommend them for requirement of spare parts of equipment of all known brands/OEMs.
Their process is very slow, they are asking un necessary documents, photos of spare parts that we asked them. Even they are not sharing price of parts that we need to order. Most of the people are asking to share registration card of vehicle (Mulkya) to understand the nature and size of spare parts but they are not, just asking share this photo, share that photo. They didn't share any kind of time frame to deliver the parts. I was ver disappointed from their performance.
