Extremely disappointed with the service. They took over 12 hrs and still didn’t complete my move properly. Considering I was moving from a 1 bedroom that is too much time. Also I had pre-packed over 15 boxes my self so with the exception of a few kitchen cupboards the rest were all empty. Some item were pack well wrapped individually and other expensive items just thrown in boxes. The entire process was utter chaos. Will never use their service again.

Special crystal packing & movers is the best team I ever seen so far.They did excellent job.Every single item was packed and marked when moving out and everything was assembled when moving in.Guys were doing job very professionally and quickly.Everything was cleaned by them after job completion.And the team itself were nice and polite people. Crystal packers and mOvers are very helpful, understanding and careful packets. They h der stand the need and the materials used were appropriate for the products. The packing and unpacking of my home was so smooth. The team was very courteous and sensible. I would recommend them for anyone looking to relocate with good team.
