Gym is very perfect for everyone. Trainer Mr. Kristin is very well mannered and very helpful.
It is really disappointing to see such unprofessional behaviour from Sajid, a gym staff member. Instead of assisting members, he is always busy on his phone and has no manners, acting very rude. The gym itself is outdated, with very little space, and the washroom has a terrible smell, making the whole experience unpleasant. This place seriously needs better management and improvements in both staff behaviour and facility maintenance.

The gym creates a supportive community atmosphere. However, it can be expensive, and class schedules may not always suit everyone. Overall, it’s a good choice for those seeking intense, tailored workouts.
Its nearby to my home. My best place to to gain mental and physical strength after hectic day at work. Got nice music,nice equipment and most importantly a nice humble and friendly trainers (kudos to Subair, Hanifa & shahid)
