I had a horrible experience flying with SpiceJet. My afternoon flight was delayed and eventually flew only at 7 PM, completely ruining my day. Even worse, my return flight, which was scheduled for 11 PM, was silently pushed to 5:30 AM — with no notice or communication whatsoever. I was left waiting for hours without any proper updates or support from the airline. It was exhausting and completely disrupted my schedule. I lost sleep for two nights and had to attend an important meeting tired and sleep-deprived, just trying to hold it together. SpiceJet showed zero empathy for passengers. They seem to treat delays like it’s just another day at work, without caring how it affects real people with real commitments. Would not recommend. Choose an airline that respects your time and communicates responsibly.

Very bad experience. I never fly with spice jet today 23 Aug my flight SG6 dubai to delhi departure time 11:10. Nd me and my husband came on airport 8 am. Then after check-in. Flight departure time 3:50 .I am really disappointed. It's unprofessional behaviour. Me nd my husband faces to much problems. My partner have health issue. Nd they nt provide any facilities. It really really bad 👎 experience with spice jet

One of the cheapest and worst airlines which is defaming Indian airline industry. I had booked spice jet from DXB to IXM on 28th jun. As per the schedule, the flight supposed to takeoff at 5am. But it got delayed and got messages every 1 hour with different times and finally at evening 4 pm they announced the flight has been cancelled. As a courtesy itself, the staff members never showed up and no one answered the customer care as well. I was waiting in the airport for the whole day with kid and still we people were fighting for the proper answer. No response from any of them and we were abounded in the airport for the entire day. My personal suggestion is to avoid this criminal airlines and go ahead with any other airlines.

This was one of the worst flight experiences I’ve ever had for my family. The flight was delayed by almost 3 hours, and despite receiving a revised timing two days before, there was no proper assistance or communication on the day of departure. Route: Dubai (DXB) to Kochi (COK) PNR: PD3L7J The most painful part — I had booked a wheelchair for my elderly mother, and NO ONE assisted her upon arrival at Kochi Airport. She was left to struggle on her own, completely exhausted and stressed. Not even a meal or refreshment was provided during the flight to ease the discomfort of delayed passengers. It was poor service from start to finish, with zero empathy shown by the airline staff. I will never book with SpiceJet again and will not recommend it to anyone, especially for senior travelers. I plan to share this review on all platforms to raise awareness. SpiceJet — you must do better.

Flight SG24 – SpiceJet (Dubai to Madurai) Very bad experience. I booked SpiceMax, but the seats reclining not working properly, and the headrest had no padding, making it very uncomfortable. The window glass looked very old and wornout, and the shade was broken, which was disappointing for a window seat. The flight was delayed by 4 hours and 45 minutes. The plane needs much better maintenance, and the airline should improve the overall experience on this flight.
