All the best for Linda Djaouane for her assistant technically and physically starting from pre-shoping till checking out , I gave a 1 star before this comment because of the long waiting time in the cashier lane . But with her attitude and communication skills she let me to replace my negative comments with this
Service absolutely appalling I had to wait for 20 minutes to get something scanned as they had no barcode. Instead of being proactive and grabbing another item from the shelf, they waited around 20 Minutes for some guy to look it up on his little monitor and it took him another 5 minutes to find it. They are either very lazy or their procedures are messed up. Andrea was dismissive and defensive when I complained! Will not be coming to this branch again. Instead Just to add shop was not busy this was around 4.30 in a random Thursday afternoon!
Had many clothing and shoes options to choose from. The staffs were friendly and patient with me as I decided on what to buy. I recommend for all.
Very bad experience i come to splash dubai mall for maximum cloth but I didn't find only one stand how come
