I bought a polar watch for triathlon training. The guys were having a sale and the price was great so I bought. When I open the packaging always great but when I tried to charge the watch it wouldn’t work. Not the teams fault. This is where my experience went Straight to 5 stars. I contacted Ron(incredible customer service) he said no problem sir we will swap out the watch. For the inconvenience we will drop it off at your home and just to say thank you for being a great customer we will include the speed sensor that was not in your previous purchase. Who said exceptional service was dead. These guys have been amazing thank you Sport in life will use them every time now.

I want to give Ron a huge shout out for excellent costomer service. I had a problem with a watch I purched 3 months before and got hold of Ron. I updated him on my situation, sending him photos and keeping him informed about my problem. He was very practical, friendly and professional in helping me with a replacement.
