One of the best places in Dubai to find a variety of sports shops, activities, and clinics—all under one roof. It’s a great destination for the whole family. The ice rink stands out as a central feature of the building and adds a lively, dynamic atmosphere. Four seating areas on the first floor offer a great view of the rink and ongoing activities, with plenty more seating available on the ground floor. The food court has a good range of healthy options too. Definitely worth a visit!

What a fantastic place. Like a mall, but not. Don't expect to go shopping here (except for a few groceries at Viva's). It's for gaming, sports, kids fun, etc with a few cafes and small restaurants included. Super clean and smart looking, without the usual weekend crowds you'll get in proper malls in the region. This is my new place!
