I purchased a brand new seated calf raise machine from them. Unfortunately, within just one month, the machine became damaged. I reached out to them, and they replaced the damaged part. However, after another month, the same part broke again. This time, when I contacted them, they were a bit rude. Despite my insistence, they reluctantly agreed to change the part. Then, after two more months, another part broke. This time, they were uncooperative and insisted I pay for the replacement part. This was unacceptable to me, as the machine had experienced three part failures within just six months. I requested they cover the parts for at least six months, but they refused. Ultimately, I had to handle the repairs myself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their machines to anyone.

Stocks on their website are incorrect, after placing an order they sent me grips instead of the protection tape I ordered only later to tell us it was out of stock. Very rude sales and customer service Not trust worthy at all, I would avoid them at all cost.

Unfortunately I could not get the item I was looking for. However, the team could suggest other models that i declined and i could have been refunded. The communication was so smooth and the process very fast 😊

I've known these guys for more than 2 years now. In these 2 years I've bought several pieces of sports equipment from them. And so from my experience I can say that they are trustworthy and professional whether it comes to delivery, assembly or after-sales. Their customer service is very good – special thanks to Pragya who is available nearly 24/7. I once bought quite a pricey treadmill from them that had a faulty dashboard as it turned out later. It didn't take them long to get it fixed (free of charge) and while I was waiting they stayed in touch, letting me know about the shipping status of the required spare part. After being fixed, the treadmill has been completely functional with no loss of functionality or anything – they just completely replaced its the dashboard with a new one.

Stocks on their website are incorrect, after placing an order they called us two days later to tell us it was out of stock and they that they will point us to a better product for lesser price which was not true, the product was of lesser quality and the quoted price was double the supplier price. Gave us wrong information on the guarantee, despite it being written on their website and item description. Not trust worthy at all, I would avoid dealing with them if I can.
